Terms and Conditions

General

1. Petrus van der Linde Private Practice will to provide the candidate with the best possible information with which to make informed decisions.

2. All decisions are the responsibility of the candidate and Petrus van der Linde Private Practice will not be held liable for any consequences resulting from these decisions.

3. Assessments can be done at your home.

4. Individual assessments will happen at my home office unless point 3 is arranged.

5. Group assessments can be arranged depending on the availability of a suitable venue.

 

Privacy

1. All personal documents will be stored securely offline.

2. Documents will be kept for 5 years as per HPCSA guidelines after which it will be destroyed.

3. Information will not be shared with third parties unless a release form has been signed.

 

 

 

Feedback

1. Petrus van der Linde Private Practice considers feedback on the assessment results as the most important part of the assessment process.

2. Feedback will be given in person.

3. Feedback will first be given to the candidate; the candidate will indicate what information can be discussed with parents in cases where candidates are younger than 18 years of age.

4. Feedback will be provided to the parents of candidates younger than 18 years of age following point 3.

 

Payment

1. Payment to be done with EFT (Electronic Bank Transfer).

2. Full payment should be made 7 business days before the date of assessment.

3. Package deals should be paid in full 7 business days before the date of assessment.
