I am a Career Guidance Practitioner, registered as a Psychometrist (Independent Practice) with the HPCSA. I operate in an advisory capacity to provide career options/guidance that will enable you to make informed decisions. My services include Subject Choice/Aptitude Assessment, Career Guidance/Vocational Assessments for Grade 11 & 12 learners, Career Guidance for post matriculates or Tertiary students, Mid-Career changes, and Career Coaching.

I hold an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology as well as an M.Com Masters degree in Industrial Psychology. I received my Honours degree in 2008 and wrote my Psychometric Board Exam with the HPCSA in June of 2009 with registration effective from July 2009. I established a consulting practice partnership in the beginning of 2009 in which we did career guidance and assessments for selection. I am currently involved with a non-profit company called Coastal Livelihoods Foundation NPC in which I do community development.

Having 10 years of working experience in various fields, I have attained a vast amount of expertise, giving me the opportunity to apply it within my work, thus helping you to make informed decisions. I believe guiding you is more than just answering a questionnaire. It is following a holistic approach, helping you to learn about yourself, looking at your life story, considering your needs and helping you to plan your way forward.
